Prior experience in an IT/Software development company and ability to work independently with minimal supervision in the following areas is necessary
HR administration
General office administration
General secretarial tasks
Team schedule coordination and follow ups
Payroll accounting (optional but preferred)
Excellency in working on Microsoft Word and Excel 2007 including expertise in formulating complex excel sheets with formulas and formatting.
Expertise in other MS Office productivity tools like MS Powerpoint, MS Project, MS Visio and MS Access will be an advantage
Excellent communication, writing and documentation skills
Pleasing personality. Positive and inspiring attitude towards work. Hard working and should possess high levels of dedication and responsibility towards company
Smart worker. High IQ and ability to take on challenges and new tasks as assigned
