Account Manager / IT Recruiter for Betasoft Systems

The incumbent would provide staffing of IT professionals for client out-source placement, both contract and permanent, recruit for our preferred and direct clients.
Responsible for working directly with clients to identify needs, receive requirements, set interviews, obtain candidate feedback, etc
Demands ability to successfully utilize email contact, conduct phone interviews, build database of potential candidates, job to candidate matching and candidate screening
Extensive use of internet search engines and design of productive job ads to locate and attract qualified candidates
Request and follow up on current candidate referrals
Conduct phone screens to assess individual`s skill level and communication abilities and determine if candidate will meet the client`s needs
Format resumes as specified by client or agency, build matrices, gather forms, references, documentation, certifications, etc
Utilize technical testing sites and IT staff resources for additional skill assessments
Maintain contact with current employees and keep pending candidate`s up to date regarding progress of upcoming projects and submittals
Consult with Account managers and Leads on a daily basis regarding open orders, provide status of recruitment initiatives, supply resources for upcoming bids and projects, maintain reports, etc
Active participation in building additional client base, obtaining new business, and identifying prospective contacts
Proven track record in closing candidates
Excellent negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills along with the ability to analyze situations and provide solutions
Should be self driven and have a target oriented approach
Should be willing to take responsibility and meet targets provided to them
Must be skilled in the assessment of client requirements and the recruitment of qualified candidates
Highly experienced in the use of Internet search engines and aggressive strategies to target both active and passive candidates
Must possess strong skills and knowledge of recruiting/hiring processes and procedures, new employee orientation and customer service
Must have previous technology rtecruiting experience
