In fact, he also had programme for kids called CoRT which we used to run in Dubai. Not sure, if that is still running?

It's a good one, I've attended this course in Dubai. We used to represent Edward de Bon's few programmes in Dubai when I was working with Center for Creative Thinking in Dubai. We had invited him personally to address a session, and there, I had the opportunity to meet him, personally.

It's a good topic to debate.
In my opinion, Money alone cannot bring happiness, but it's very important to be happy in today's time. I've heard many people saying "well, money is not important to me", but for everything you need money!

Actually, happiness is a balancing act.. It's a combination of:

Physical,
Emotional
Mental
Spiritual
Financial and we can add Social too!

In an organisation, people just money would not motivate people. Recognition is another important factor which motivates people. People love to be recognised and praised.

In short, People work for MONEY, People work for RECOGNITION!
