Can I prepare Induction/Orientation manual for new joining? I have read on internet that Induction is given in the form of Presentation. This type of Induction can not be used in my company because Ours is a small company hardly 25 employees in Head Office.
I have prepared detailed employee handbook which covers major policies and also the points you have given. Can we give this handbook in Induction to new employee?

What should I follow, Induction or Orientation?
