Hi Guys,

Its been a long time since there are no updates in your Shayri's Collection. so just thought of sharing some from my collection.

But must appreciate you guys (Alex/ Shashmita etc) for sharing your wonderful collection............. Though mine is not upto that high standards, but may be you may like it :)

Here I go............

1) Ab umar ho gayi hai dil ki kitaab mein, kuch khusk paton ke siva kuch nahin raha, Jajbaat tamaam kho gaye lamhon ki dhool mein, ab dil mein dharkanon ke siva kuch nahi raha.

2) Mat banao ghonsle armano ke, kab laga de aag in hasino ka bharosa hi nahi!! Karen kis dil se muhabbt ham apna samajh kar, mere khayal se shayad khud to apne hai hi nahi!

3) Aaj kal woh raat se din, din se raat nahi karte. hum unhe chahate hai magar wo humse pyar nahi karte. aate hai khayalo mai roz magar haqiqat mai wo humse mulaqat nahi karte !!

4) Ash Log Karte Hain, Tum Kyun Apne Pyaar Ka Izhar Nahi Karte? Humne Kaha: Jo 3 Lafzon Main Bayan Ho Jaaye, Sirf Utna Hum Kisi Se PYAAR Nahi Karte.

5) Sham dhale har panchi ko ghar jaana padta hai Kon khushi se marta hai mar jaana padta hai Hamse suno hamne suni hai sannaate ki chikh Sannata jab hota hai to dar jaana padta hai.

6) Chehre ki hasi dekar gam ko chupao, bahut kuch bolo par kuch na batao,khud na rutho kabhi par sabko manao, ye raaz hai zindgi ka bas jite chale jao

7) Aansu mein naa dhundhna hame,hum tumhe aankhon mein mil jaayenge,tamanna ho agar milne ki to band aankhon se bhi nazar aaenge.

8) Thukra kar us ne mujh se kaha ab muskrao mai hans diya Akhir Sawal us ki Kushi ka tha mai ne jo khoya wo mara tha hi nahi. us ne jo khoya sirf ussi ka tha.

9) Rehle a rehnewale duniya ki bidh, main tanhahi main hame-hi paoge.kar di thodisi laparwahi teri wafaai ke barose ,par hum teri narazgi se bhi wafa kar jayei ge.

10) Kudrat k karishmon me agar raat na hoti ,to khwabon me bhi un se mulakhat na hoti,ye dil her ek gum ki wajah hai, ye dil na hota to koi baat na hoti

I believe training is a short term investment for long term benefits, where yeild is repeated but the training provided is One time. Considering your point, but you need to consider the employees part. All the employers must consider this point that any professional who is working in any organisation from Small to Mid to Large sizes company can be a loyal & faithful employee provided that he should always be blessed with the Power of 2M - (Money & Motivation).
In todays scenario, their are lot of employers who are good pay-masters but aren't taking proper care of employees resulting into high manpower attrition rate.
So you need to agree that Training is not something which will give you immediate returns but will give you more long time association of employees & long term benefits.

Remember: " Happy Employees = Happy Profits "
