Hi Jagan,

MBA with the best college is what one shd seek.

More than very high score, I believe ur personal involvement & evolution of ur knowledge base is what will help a MBA in career advancement. This obviouly requires a personal commitment.

From my personal experience, U shd go for MBA with a good college, but ensure u r settled in the stream for which u will be opting for in college.
It will help u to understand the practicalities for ur own organisation.

If you are planning to do MBA-HR to further ur career in HR: believe u shd go for good colleges with excellent resources- i.e. faculty representing Best in the concerned Industry, Library & other resources + preferably the Best rated college.

If Time & money are the constraints then u can always go for Parttime MBA, PGDBM in ur chosen field.

BEST OF LUCK.
