LEAVE ASAP.. I know its easy to say so.. but take a leave and look ... you are not loosing anything .. atleast you would save the trouble of sitting in that office...you know going through the daily hassle of commuting.. better spends those bucks to drop to various organization and drop your CV.
Also sincev you have not recevd your sal,, take all printouts from your current org.
