Such a heart touching and thought provoking tale.Life is very beautiful and every human being should live it to the fullest leaving all sorrows to the wind.In fact, most of us spend time in worrying about unknown fears which does no good to oneself except leading to depression. We have to change the perspective of life.It is in our hands to make our life beautiful or pathetic.
A very good post.
Cheers!!!

Mr. Rama Krishna,
I have been reading your posts on hrlink for sometime now.Reading them has been a learning experience for me so far.In fact, I heard a lot about you from my sister Manjari who respects you a lot for your talent and attitude.I would like to contribute a few articles to his site in future.I feel we can post a set of ideas related to core HR activities like MBO, OD, EI, etc., so that they can be exchanged with other professionals.I would like to thank you for putting real efforts to mould hrlink into a universal learning mode.

Madhuri

Dear Rajesh,
This is a very good post indeed.I would like to add a few more blunders which I came across while shortlisting candidates for our organization.
1) Gender/Sex
2) Strengths: Helping Nature
3) Expected CTC : 40-50% on current CTC
4) I am having 5 years experience in the industry
5) My goals in life are
6) I am also a classical dancer
Most of the applicants fail to realize the importance of grammar. Often, it is noticed that pronouns are used at the beginning every line in CVs/Resumes.
All such errors cost them many opportunities.

A good post which is necessary for people like me who are very emotional to many things in life.

Dear Sonal,
This post has really pulled me out of years of sickness I have been in caused due to personal tragedies. You have really made a difference to me by posting this inspiring occurrence.
This message has reiterated the famous quote " A person does not become great by doing different things but becomes great by doing things differntly"
