Hello...

First, check the interest of the person as to which area he/she would like to pursue their career. Though both HR and Admin are co related, they still hold different functional aspects practically. If the person is off roles and is performing his/her role in an efficient manner, they can be absorbed on to the permanent rolls after due consideration of the HR policies of the organization.

But again the person has to be clear in which particular function is s/he interested in.

This is Soujanya here. I am one of the members of HR Link. I am a post graduate in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (IR&PM in short..!!) and i had qualified in 2005.
