In my opinion HR needs to focus on
1. Attitude- Balanced
2.Communication- Neutral way
3.Observation- Tracking Employee behaviour/ performance/ Attitude Changes
4.Managerial Skills- get the things done by employee
5.Good Problem Solving Skills
