I feel this to be a very interesting piece of writing work because it is open to so many different points of views. With my own experience in life , I have experienced a lot of things like this in my life. For example if I am thinking of someone they always end up calling me or a recieve some kind of mail from them. I have even had dreams in the past which have actual become true .... i would say 99percent of the time. This is called your subconsious mind at work
while you are sleeping. I have seen places, event even before they happen this is considered a 6th sense that I have and have experience for my kids to have as well. It is any interesting factor that all human do have this power with in them selves but don't touch into it. Actual a human brain is only used less than 5 percent at all time max to 10 percent . Think what the other 90 percent could do if people only consider using it...................This world is full of wonderful things some we believe some we found very difficult to understand so we just let it pass by us. So The Dog That Did Not Bark were the things the dog thought were not worth while to bark at..........I hope this makes sense because it sure did to me in my life of experiences.

Good Morning to call : I think we all need to learn how we can make money work for us instead of us working for the money.........That is the only diffenance between us the poor vs rich. One that gets into the rat race just runs around in circles , while the one that learns how to water their money and watch it grow becomes rich and famous.............with all the wealth one could dream of. If you want to be ahead learn to better control your spending and improve your safty net to cover up the holes to protect lost revenue through those leaks............we can't point the finger at another because every time you point one finger at someone else 3 fingers get pointed at you yourself.............never forget that because we could only better ourself to make a better future for the time to come.................THANKS FOR YOUR TIME !

This is great that something like this is being put into place. I know from various different matters that this was needed to be put into, place but do keep in mind that it should service both genders not only female. There has been times when the plate has been reversed.
But just the same every body needs to feel safe and very comfortable in his or her work place setting..........Way to go...............I like this and agree 100 percent with it.......

Hello my friend
I loved your topic that you have started because I believe Emotional
intelligence is important in any part of one's life. I believe that is where most
of our decision making process actually starts from. I would say this as from the point of repective of how I think and I feel lot of the females think.
I would say I think more from the heart than any other angle. When we talk about speaking from the heart ---------we are talking about all emotional
intelligence taking place. But males would think more from the minds. So in most cases males would not get so emotional and attached to matters than
females would.

"We must all suffer from one of two pains: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tons."
This story expressed what we should do or not do as far as going out of our
way to helping others...........even though we might have the goodness of the peson in heart. It dose not work out that way. As long as we think of the out come before we put our in put is the best way to go about these kinds of matters. Where listening & thinking before our actions.

Good Morning - I believe we become strangely loyal to performing daily trivia until ultimately we become enslaved by it." The people we are there to help because to think of us as just only responsiabilty not human feelings of understanding what happens in real life. Even though we feel the same feeling as them but we don't always get to express our feelings on matters because we have so much to do. But I know when people feel these feeling of understanding from us it dose get them by surprise. The return is so great that it takes one to the next level of understanding and exceptance of our position in the eyes of our employees.............I have personaly gone through moments like these. It total changed my relationship with the people around me. So now I do it more often and I come a cross as a friend other than a
person doing my job. So taking a little time goes a long way........
