One should give such answers that seems genuine to the employer.

- You can tell that " I wasn't serious before from my career point of view.....and now when i am serious, its too late....I know that this has become hindrance for me............ But I am and i will try my best to make my career in my interested field.



the topic regarding paying less to the HR, around 70% employers still have a mind set that HR are only limited to do administration work.........without HR also the company can run easily.

They mostly focus on production but dont understand how production can increase through HR.

This is the reason HR are paid less.
