Thanks, for sharing your idea, but again there are no definite set of rules for HR as such while meeting prospective candidate. Its completely the need of the orgn which I feel HR should focus to provide best employees.
In identifying candidates HR must have the feeling that he/she is like one of them, perhaps the sense of geling is important.
