Hi Harish.....I appreciate your thoughts.. I always used to think that we would ever be able to eliminate such difference in peoples attitude? Why people dont take women's carrier seriously? Is she only responsible for making the home? I agree that after marriege things change but that can be overcome by family support. And employers and recruiters are also suppose ton change their mindsets. While searching the job, I often find vacancy mentioned with only males. I feel so sory for such kind attitude of employers. When job of same nature is eqully performed well by female than why this preference is made? To change the sceanario first step should be taken by employers to balance the male female ratio in the organisation....this would encourage womens to participate at par performence.....You started good discussion...good intiative...
