Your idea on Doctor on call is very good, But doctors are not ready to work and not ready to pick call, so you can contact expert IT person or consultancy to make software according to your need to communicate customers well by " Customer service"

Hi..Jagan,

MBA is not required to become a HR Professionalist, Knoweledge and experience in HR Field is essential to HR persons, any graduation is required but he should understand the HR Activities of concerned sectors. MBA is introduces by western countries for their need, they are implemented required sylabus according to their needs. So my opinion is that MBA is not essential to become a HRs.

It was one of the effective self motivation story, we can learn ground level experience fron our senior peoples only by reffering them in our day to day roles, Keep post the same related story to our HR collegues to exploring their minds to give attention to small things( A post card), which is make one lady to see the chance to JRD.
