All of one have seen salry slip formats/ salary calculator sheet. But no one has tell how to calculate salary (Subjective justification)? Please tell any body.

Calculation of Gratuity: Last Basic Drawn Salary/26X 15 days X Lenght of Service (In years).
Note: 1) Lenght of Service should be >= five years (in same company)
2) If service is being 5 years 6 months then it will be rounded off to 6 years
3) Employee is not eligible for gratuity in case of 4 years 4 moth & 17 days of services. Employee can eligible only in case of death in such case.

yes this is Ok but more over. Generalist profile is subjective part or containing main fuction of HR like- Recruitment/ Training & Development/ Employee Motivation/ Performance, policies generation. However payroll is a sub part of HR containing mainly accounting data's like Salary process, bonus, Leave maintenance, gratuity etc.
i hope it will clear u very well.
