Dear Piyush,
Its a good point.. to know more about recruiting and recruiting career.
Firstly, know about the requirement what type of candidates they are focusing.
Before you start sourcing.. try to look for the candidates who are already working for the positions or ended the previous contract with the company.
Tips..
1. Try to retreive the candidates who are currently working / ended the contract with the company with the title the company is focusing.
2. Read the resume.
3. Try to make the key points as per the requirement and the resume.
4. Make sure.. the REQUIRED SKILLS must be in the resume first. Then the PLUS or DESIRED skills will be given.
5. Make sure the candidates should NOT have any GAPS in the resumes and they have to work on the same skills from last 3 to 5 years..
6. Job TITLE is must in the resume.. and the domain should be in same field.
7. Need Consistency and CAN DO IT!! Attitude.
I hope this information will help for you..
Take care and all the best.
