Hi Shipra,

Its very inspiring and encouraging posting by you. In this site many HR professionals are there who are experienced and also new to this HR. This site should be improved.

As you said.. many of the terms need to be improved in this site.

1. If a person upload his/her resume once and wants to delete it there is no option for that(deletion).

(Situation happened to me )By mistake i have uploaded my cousin resume and i couldn't delete it when i have asked ramakrishna he said there is no delete option instead of that i can upload blank file in place of old.

And another point..

2. Shipra your 4rth point is very much right.... Mr Pradeep postings are very useful and need to have a library kind of link. which will help to refresh with all the topics when ever required for all of us.
