No doubt expectations are unmatched always another prospective of this is that everytime is scope for perfection in most of cases. So whatever acheived well in time should be appreciated and next phase for further imporvement should be suggested it should not be projected as threat it should be always as opportunity for furture growth and devlopment

Values and Ethics gives stronghold on one's impression on others. Values and ethics definitely pays a lot in terms of stability, popularity and also leaders have to project such a personality which consist of many things at the same time with greater temprament balance and high degree of intregity therefore leaders are more accountable to expose more prudent behaviour then their followers.
Person should justify his presence and participate in constructive way enable others to feel the magical leadership traits and also prosper the organization/communinity/ society at alrge.

Friendship is a social relation which is irresespective of all caste creed and gender and also acrosses nationals . Friendship is the way to find someone to share and exchange and get the needful for life. I think you have written right some of reaons in my views are :
1-When employee feel that he has gain fullest of expertise in his area then he tries to divercify his domain
2-when employee feels any of gap betwen projected and actual in practice he wish to change job
3-When employee finds difficult to balance his family and work life due to excessive pressure in job he inclined to change job
4-when perosn gots more promising opportunity then existing he wish to change the job and avail opportunity
5-When employee find difficult to survive due to cut throt politics and unfair compettion between collegaue and superiors he wish to change the job
6-When employee gets any information about probale decline in company's share of business or scope of products is limited then he wish to change job
7-When employee got any life time opportunity like government job may be some lower in garde then existing Pvt co job he wish to change the job
8-One of the most probable reaons in today's scnerio is some pople see only money any one offers more they wish to change they have no other crietria for job except money hike.

IN SAP HR You can learn systems and implemenation of HR in Salary processing and creation of records and data uptodate and accurate and all inofmrastion will be handy and easy to access and use. But only thing that should be careful not creating any error and ommision while using SAP.
