Hi all.......

I believe everybody is positive with regards to "addiction" for "HRlink". I have got one question out here that are we talking good about this site just because we are the memebers of this site?

May be, most of you all will not agree what I said just now, but what is so innovative that we have done on this site? I mean, we just get some news from some sites, paste it on the forums and then starts chain of pings of same topic from friends.

How many of us bother to read all the news?

I have even seen people misusing this site, but no one is interested talking about it? There is no privacy as such apart from private pings, one cannot remove his/her work experience or education completely.

We keep adding friends just to show that we know so many people and to improve networking. But how many of us try to communicate with each other to know about one another.

When I joined the site, I found it interesting. Nevertheless, I am losing interest, I don't login often. I take this site just like "orkut" and other sites.

P.S.: I am not trying to point at any individual, i am just talking in general terms.
