I may not have seen all the responses but I did notice that no one mentioned Employee Health!!!

I think Employee Health is a key factor in impacting productivity in the work place. Absenteeism and Presenteeism due to illness - physical, mental and/or emotional play a critical role in productivity. There is enough research available today on this.

What about focus on this particular issue? I think business leaders and businesses in general (in India) do not give this issue the priority that it deserves.

I'm open to discuss this with anyone on the forum.
