A touching story really. Though I have witnessed similar situations at my home too but here my father did the opposite thing what the father does in the story. Yes he use to comment or say something adverse which made my Mother unhappy of course, ignoring how busy she remains doing all the household stuffs including doing things which he should do too. I have seen her face turning sad and crunched expressions many a times in the dinner table. But then once my Brother thought of talking about it to my Father and so did I. And he was generous enough to understand that. And after that we didnt saw him repeating the scene.

True i do believe the lines mentioned in the last of the story that is to understand the base of a relationship and accept every phase of it.
