Sorry did not respond to all your comments, this riddle has left many baffled - including me. And with all failed efforts did not find the solution to it. So the answer is still debatable...

Thank you Jagbandhu for sharing this article. We need to encourage more blood donors. Harish respect your contributions and yes you are right that Bone Marrow Transplantation is an expensive affair. Not only that it's expensive but a risk one should be confident to take.

The thalassemic patient may be cured, die or end up with the same condition again. My brother is a survivor of this condition and on the day he got operated there were 2 other out of which 1 did not make it and one operation failed.

Donate blood it would cost you nothing but mean the world to the person who needs it!
Shivali I have an awesome format to share on this one can you test mail me to myjobmantri@gmail.com subjected as One On One with employees?

Very interesting read, thanks for sharing. Job Hopping is a concern for many employers although. Does It Really Pay? is still debatable.

We barely get to hear of a person who started his career with an organization many years back, dedicated his entire career growing with the organization and finally retired from the same organization.

The trend of hopping jobs is mainly prevalent in IT- ITeS sector. However, other sectors like retail, banking and hospitality are also witnessing the same trend. I do not see this trend in the Engineering OR Manufacturing sector - but HR professionals from this sector are welcome to comment.

The HR perspective: When a recruiter is confronted with a resume that flaunts more than three jobs in the last one year, they feel the candidate may be dicey. Though these are not automatic rejects, they are viewed with a little more caution as compared to candidates with stable jobs. Without an investigation into the matter, they may be unable to discern whether the candidate left the job voluntarily or if there were shady reasons behind the move, such as the company firing the candidate. - Source: rediff GET AHEAD

In my opinion although skeptical one must investigate reasons for job hopping outside the notion of instability or the loyalty factor.

Think this is a great share Priya. And trust me I have experienced worst case scenarios when interviewing. I would love to share but time is of constraint.
Please print the same on an A4 sheet and have put up in campus recruitment cells...[wishful]

Honestly they should have trainings in every college that would help mentor graduates to attend interviews. I implemented one called campus to corporate drive in Hyderabad and the response was great!

Really good share!

The guy is an ICON in every respect. But lately I have noticed that India and it's citizens have become more passive in their actions... I am open to debate on this.
Point FOUR is not always recommended as speaking in a faster rate translates that you have a train to catch OR have something cooking on the stove.

Pitch is important - also you need to control your volume - I found many Indians on the phone that are either too loud or too soft. In other words be audible not a ROCK band or a whisper.

RESPECT - people around you; specially when answering a phone call from some long lost friend - don't get overexcited on the conversation or burst out laughing disturbing those around you.

Thanks your post was very motivating and uplifting but seriously the situation in the markets are so grim that you can only grin forget a smile or a laugh.

Our country sadly has taken to NOT understanding recession. What I mean here is that an Ant has bit us and we are screaming as it were a Shark. The recession in our country is as follows: There is money in our country but people are scared to spend it or have some paranoia about spending it. Thus there is no flow of money, no investments in the market, no cash flow, no business, no liquidity etc...

What we should be scared of today is not only are we effected but our younger generation that is just beginning their steps to a career. The college pass outs I mean and the zillion families that went through grime to make education happen for their kids - which is so expensive!

I do not think there is a recession, I went to buy a TV the other day and they still have the same MRP on it - why TV everyday I buy bread, milk, eggs - have the prices dropped? NO! they are still the same. Imagine the only wage earner of a family loosing his job... what next? Scary thoughts...

BTW are you employed?
