What tips do you have for writing or improving upon an existing code of conduct? Where do you do your research?

I've attached a list of examples from well-known companies for inspiration.

It is important to note, though, that while it is okay to get inspired or find new ideas from other companies' codes of conduct, it's also a good idea to make sure that yours is unique to your individual company. For example, what is your organization's specific values?
