Hi,

I really enjoyed reading this post..and cant stop myself to write..

Yes its write tht we the Gen Y, need challenge, innovation; want freedom of choice, feedback, recognition. We are focused and knows what we want from our life personally and professionally. This is becouse we are grew up in era of fierce competition and ppl around us have so much expectations from us..that we have no choice but to proove ourself best.

Its not really true that we are not responsible towards our family, society or country and not willing to learn. If you look around, you will find tht this Gen Y is involve in some or other kind of jobs so tht they can learn and at the same time can handle the responsbilitiy of their own expenses..This Gen Y is associated with NGOs and programmes like Learn India etc to help the society.

Hi,

Good posting...

Really, it doesnt matter what amount of theoritical or practical background individual has. what matter is how well he can handle the realities around him.
.. Both theoritical and practical experiences are jus complementary means to handle the critical situations...

Hi,

newly defined SMART acronym is really informative and inspiring...we should think in that way while setting goals...

thnks and keep posting!!

Hi,

Really nice post...

jus want to add one more thing frm my experience (although its very less..m still in learning phase :)) ..To achieve your ultimate goal.. divide it into small small goals or set milstones, so tht every time when u achieve tht milestone or small goal...it gives you more energy and enthusiasm to reach to your ultimate goal... It boost your confidence.

There is one popular quote.. "yard by yard it’s very hard, but inch by inch, it’s a cinch.”
