I strongly feel there is a strong reason behind her behaviour.

I feel she is perceiving something about you which may not be/may be true.

You need to calmly talk to her and figure out the exact reason.

Also tell her that HR field is such you cannot spoil terms.

I also have a feeling that there is something in her mind and in heart which she is not sharing and this is resulting into frustration.

May be she has not had a chance to do Open Communication to anyone.

If she is a good employee you can also retain her by exactly understanding the cause and I am sure she will vench out her grievances.

Some problems are to tackled through one to one talk and not through any legal actions.

Dont go in for advanced certificate course.It is not a value add.

Instead go in for DHRM - Diploma in Human Resource Management from wellingkars.

I have done my masters and diploma from there.

Advanced certification wont help you but Diploma would surely help you. Dont do correspondence go in for Sunday full day or weekdays evening batch.

Mark my words do not invest in advanced certification course.
