Replied to "Everyone is Looking for Good!!" in Motivation!!

Akash!! Thank You so much for your kind reply. You gave the answer which I was expecting for. Yes, GOOD is simple but interpreting it according to situations is certainly complicated. A Dacoit thinks himself good, a blackmailer thinks himself good and at the same time a murderer never denies that he is not good. So defining good is not always correct somewhere because it changes its form from person to person. But there are certainly some sources which can help us. One is undoubtedly words of God written in our Shaastras and other is "experience". We learn good and bad with time also.
Have a Wonderful weekend ahead!!! :-)

Everything is inside u. u dnt need to wander out. A self conscious soul knows the meaning of getting and doing "Good". A very first thought of any act tells you about its consequences. This is only u who sheet it with right and wrong. Whatever u spreads that comes back to you. The intervals can variate according to time spheres. Good is +ve energy nothing else and it always circulate, when u absorb it then u feel it physically and even cosmically. But the point to keep in mind is to differentiate +ve and -ve energies. Good is around u. just decide what u want. and other side Good is not what u are looking. It can be more reformed than ur thinking which comes in its original form with the span of time.

Replied to "working late hours" in Best HR Practices!!
09-10-2010.
Hi Nimali, In my opinion working late hours is not the bad thing.
Today is a highly competitive world which demands hard work in right direction. Amid this pressure spending long hours at office become a usual norm. Late hour working is become a trend now-a-days. As we know the world is living in 24/7 now because whole world has different time zone and we are habitual with western culture. Late night is just an normal life for everyone. Now late night activity like party, shopping, outing, dating, friends meeting etc. is just part of our life.
Main thing is that most of the work comes from western country & also important thing is that our economy depends on western business.
But the impact of working late hours or working late night cannot be ignored.
Major impact is on our health as late working hour’s gives stress and tension leaving people with so many problems like insomnia and loss of appetite. Rates of diabetes and heart disorders were also reported to be higher in over-night workers.
I enjoy working late or night sifts but never with the cost of my health and my family. We should have a proper balance between work and for other activities. Take care of health by practicing exercise and Yoga to relax our mind and to get rid of stress. This will take hardly half hour but will give a full day energy and relaxation.
Happy working late hours!! :-)

"When we are big then this is very easy to tackle small problems but if we are small/medium then this is very difficult to tackle big problems"
Latha, When we work/have experience in Mid/Small size company we found always limited growth in terms of knowledge, income, personal growth, industry experience, decision making experience, problem solving experiences and more over brand value. And I am sure if we experience with some big brand where we can see and analyze the some real time exposure in problem solving, then this would be more helpful for us to handle with Start up company. Look, it is so simple that if we are working with small/medium size company then it might happen that we never new about big company's problems or how they work. And you know every one has a dream to become brand name and want to be big & famous and if we dont have experience to handle big brand then there would be more problem. If we want to be big then we should always know what is big to work with big. :-)

Hi Latha,
In my opinion, If your friend is already working in a MNC environment and have enough experiences then he/she should join Start up company because he/she have a good chance to give the brand name and exposure to the new company. This would be a good chance to create his/her own empire. But if he/she working in medium/small staff company then he/she should join in worldwide established company.
