I would agree with the details provided by Pradeep & Diana.

HR is the link between the employer and the employees and hence is an important position and the backbone of the organisation. Therefore, you cannot keep away from these entities.

Employees are the one who make up the organisation. At the same time they also should understand that their existence is null & void if organisation does not exist.

So, HR has to make the employees understand that "No individual is so important to any organisation rather than the Organisation itself". Of course, it is easier said than done.

Therefore the communication within the organisation or even the one-on-one discussion as far as possible, should limit itself to the matters pertaining to the organisation. Too much of personal problems should not creep in.

Hi Pradeep,

In the column 7, instead of using Habitual Late Coming & Absenteeism we better write it as "Reporting in Time / Non-Absenteeism".

I feel it appropriate since a Very good rated Habitual late comers and absenteeism personnel are not good for the healthy organisation.

What do you say, Pradeep? Am I justifying the case?
