Hey this is really good info..... also just to add a little.... in this heat avoid coke and other aerated drinks...... as it adds up to the body heat after some time and may also induce acidity problems..... best is to drink water and if fresh fruit juices avoid tetra packed ones coz they dont have any nutrient content as mentioned on them.
